About: Croydon University Hospital

not enough staff by far! staff complaining of working 12 and half hours without a break.Pregnant woman waiting up to 6 hours each time.Staff not knowing what they are meant to be doing.1 midwife only on duty in day assessment unit run off their feet! lack of organisation and communication.

I am sorry that you had such a long wait and poor experience when you attended the hospital. I have passed your comments to the senior staff responsible for the assessment unit so that they are aware of your concerns.
