"Amazing service and treatment could not be better."

Referred by my Doctor as I had a raised PSA. The same day as my doctor contacted them I received a call form the Urology department with an appointment 2 days later. After seeing a consultant I was given an MRI scan only 3 days later. I was also recommended to have a Biopsy and this was carried out within a week. There is a slight delay for the results but this is only due to the time required to carry out the Biopsy by the labs. My next appointment is already in place and this whole process will be completed within 3 weeks. Every appointment I have attended I have been seen on time and treated with the upmost respect and dignity. Each process has been fully explained and carried out with the upmost care and consideration for my comfort and wellbeing. The receptionists, nurses, doctors and consultants could not have treated me any better and I thank them all for their professionalism and care. Great job guys, lets hope my results are as kind to me as you have all been.
