A hospital lacking in hygene in showers toilets due to excriment etc. poor cleanlinrss in ward kitchen. overworked staff resulting in poor communication with patients during the day poor sraff to staff communication in hangovers. inappropriate and beyond poor handling of complaints. some care from some staff. poor specialist knowledge of physical and mental needs when they overlap. a stressed out staff nurse resulting in poor communication to patients. poor resources. screaming and agressive behaviour and assaults made to my person.
