Very Little - Some staff

What could be improved

Patient care and compassion, efficiency and admin. Pharmacy efficiency.

Anything else?

Unfortunately I have several experiences of Lister hospital not as a patient but my father spent a lot of time both as an inpatient and out patient before he died last year and my daughter recently had a baby in the hospital.

The administration and staff are in need of a shake up. People must be treated better and their cases dealt with in a more efficient and logical manner.

We are disappointed that this is your view of the Lister and its staff. While we would not want to belittle your comments in any way, we know that it is not one that is shared by many of our patients and visitors.

But we do not wish that to be seen as challenging your experiences, and that of your family, in any way. Which is why, if you are willing, we would like to have those experiences investigated formally - you can do this by sending an e-mail to our complaints team - patcomplaints.enh-tr@nhs.net.

If you are willing to do this, then at least it will allow us to apologise to you and your family for any lapses in the care our staff provided and/or around our administration processes.
