I had to visit A&E early hours on 17th june 2016 with a cut to my head. The reception staff were brilliant and the triage staff calmed my nervous state. Upon seeing the nurse for my treatment i cannot praise them enough. The nurse was patient, calm, knowledgeable and overall caring. I just wish i had made a note of their name so i could send a personal thank you. The nurse even had me laughing even though i was in pain. I don't know who you are but thank you for how you treated me!
