I accompanied a frail & elderly friend to an audiology assessment appointment. The appointment ran to time & the audiologist treated my friend very well, explaining everything clearly to her. The audiologist was very patient & talked through the next steps of the process of getting a new hearing aid. My friend was very pleased with the care & treatment she received.
