"NHS Daycare Cataract Op"

About the 10th June 16 Droitwich BMI phoned asking if I would accept my cataract operation done there to relieve the pressure on Hereford NHS. I gladly accepted the operation for 6 July 16. Details would be in the post. Not having received any I phoned at 10am Wed 22 June and after some internal enquiries was told ''correct dept knows all about you. Still OK, they are not up to that date yet''. I had received nothing by Mon 4th July so phoned Droitwich four times at 9pm. Finally got through to somebody who said the holdup was caused by lack of info from Hereford (I wonder). I was given 12.15pm on the 6th and a letter would be in the post-which was received on the 5th.There is further dissatisfaction with some other events on the 6th that I am willing to talk about but will not do so now.
