"Great service"

After attending A&E on Saturday 2nd July and having received a timely efficient service, I was then put on the virtual fracture clinic contact list and called within the suggested 72 hours and given a follow up appointment to see the shoulder specialist within a week.

I was seen before my given appointment time by an Orthopedic surgeon who recommended I then saw the shoulder specialist, but that if I was happy to wait that they would see me on the same day - although I thought I was there to see the specialist in the first place, I was happy to wait and I did.

I was recommended for surgery, have had it booked in for 1 weeks time and overall I have been thoroughly impressed with the level of service and care that I have received throughout this process so far.
