"Treated with respect and pleasantness"

I attended the surgery for a smear test and wanted to post that the nurse undertaking it was very professional and yet also really pleasant and interested in me as a person. Its so difficult for people in the public sector as they are busy and often stressed and sometimes it's easy to forget the niceties. It a amazing how being treated well lifts you and how much of a difference if can make to mood and well being. So thank you to the nurse (who I can't name here as its not allowed) who went that extra little bit and made the experience pleasant rather than a burden
