Had hearing test in ENT department at beginning of June as part of diagnostic process as a result of which hearing aid recommended. Appointment provided for beginning of July at Marina Medical Centre in Portishead where the audiologist carefully took me through the process for fitting the NHS hearing aid. I was expecting just an assessment but, somewhat to my surprise, I was provided with the earpieces on the spot. The service throughout the whole process was efficient and courteous. I am very pleased with the outcome and the overall experience was excellent.
