My elderly mum had been ill and was not given what we felt was adequate care. She ended up in hospital after a nasty fainting fall. I complained to the practice manager who was excellent. She investigated the incident, fed back to me personally, apologised and put excellent plans of support in place for my mum. The whole staff team were respectful and compassionate. Mum is now getting first class service which we are extremely grateful for
