I have terminal cancer. I started feeling unwell with a temperature and to cut a long story short I ended up in the unit last week. I was seen within 15 mins all relevant tests were taken X-rays, Scans Heart, Bloods, and the results were within 3 hours, which I find amazing. The result was I have blood clots in 1 lung and I was given a prescription there and then. It wasn't cancer. A week on I am much better and it is all down to the wonderful staff and doctors on this Unit who I cannot thank enough. They are under pressure all the time but find it in them to care for the patients with kindness and dedication. Thank you one and all.

Thank you for your comments that despite being under huge pressure all the time, all of the team cared for you with kindness and dedication.
