"Good, once I got to see the nurse!"

the receptionist here is extremely rude. having been turned away Tuesday despite phoning the 0300 number and being told to go. I turned up weds, I filled in the form in section order and provided my phone number. I wasn't there for tests so when I got to the next section of the form asking if I could be contacted I said no, as no need. The receptionist shouted my name and talked to me as if I was an infant and loudly asked my reasons for being there within earshot of the entire waiting room. I would've walked out had I not needed to seek advice from the nurse. The TV in reception is on the music channel, very loud so your name has to be screamed out when it's your turn. However when I actually got to see the nurse they were lovely.
