What I liked
Level of care, courtesy and good humour could not be bettered anywhere else. Made you feel you mattered as an individual rather than just a "number" to be processed. If there is such a thing as the placebo effect involved in recovery, then the CIU at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital ticks all the boxes. Outstanding!
