"Fantastic paediatric A and E staff"

It is difficult for us to pin point in our over three hour stint who was the most fantastic, we were greeted with a smile when we arrived in the wrong place at kids a and e prior to having the form, we were greeted with a smile at a and e reception, greeted with a smile and an immediate appointment back at children a and e to assess the situation, within 10 minutes we were greeted with a smile at radiology reception, greeted with a smile by the radiologist then a 3 hr wait with nemo on repeat we endured. Unfortunately there were other patients! We then met a smiling doctor who referred us to a smiling nurse, a superb example of a life time dedication to their job and clearly loving it, greeted us with a smile and put a cast on my 8 yr old daughters arm at about 10.30pm. Truly the NHS have great staff it is a shame that all the general public do not appreciate the fantastic service you are offering. The happiness of the staff alleviated the pain of the wait. Great service an award to great customer service from kids A and E
