Attended 6.7.16 for first appointment. Very friendly staff which were very welcoming and helpful. Only had to wait about 15 minutes but the board they have there informs you of waiting times.My only whinge was that the only way to floor 5 from 4 was via a lift and I have a real phobia with lifts but other than that everything was fine.
