"Breast unit"

I would just like to say how wonderful the staff were when I recently visited the rapid diagnostics breast unit. From the porter who directed me outside, to the reception staff and the medical staff, everyone was so helpful. The medical staff were very reassuring and really treated me with respect and understanding. I only had two cysts however if it had been more serious I know I would have been in very good hands. I expect you only hear from people when they complain so I wanted to say thank you to all the staff for being so kind and supportive.
