"Still waiting to hear about surgery date"

I had a consultation at the end of December 2015 in which it was agreed I would need surgery to release a trapped nerve in my elbow. After attempting to call multiple times a week (all calls gone unanswered) and several emails, I am still waiting to hear any information on an operation date. I understand that there is a waiting list but to not be informed on my situation or how long I will have to wait, I find that unacceptable.
