"I tried phoning the Britain ward on two occassions"

About: Epsom Hospital

My father has been admitted and is currently on Britain ward. I have rung in twice , the first time for twenty minutes and nobody answered the phone and secondly for forty minutes. Nobody is picking up the phone. I feel like driving down to the hospital and ward and showing them how to answer the phone. This is basics. I have given up.
