From consultation to pre assessment to the procedure I was treated with courtesy and dignity by all staff. Difficult news has been delivered kindly and I have been assured of a swift plan of action. I am an nhs patient and the whole process so far has been as palatable as is possible. Rooms, facilities and food excellent. Thank you to my consultant and all the staff at bmi Bolton.
