"An absolute credit to our NHS"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I had my surgery on Friday and from the moment I was admitted up until discharge on Sunday, I was looked after exceptionally well. It was my first time having surgery and I was nervous. I neednt have been as all staff were so helpful and an absolute credit to our NHS. Thank You.

Dear HazD,

Thank you very much for getting in touch and for your comments in relation to the care and treatment you received following surgery at Wishaw General Hospital. I am so pleased to hear that you felt that the staff took the time to ensure you were relaxed and you found them to be helpful.

It is always nice to get positive feedback and I will ensure this will be shared.

I have no doubt they will be delighted by the feedback.

Thank you once again and best wishes with your ongoing treatment

Andy
