I was so nervous about the process and the prep, but the staff were so lovely and kind. I didn't feel anxious at all once I was in the department.

Dear allison659

Thank you for sharing your comments about your recent Endoscopy experience at Queen Margaret Hospital. I can understand why you would be nervous before coming to hospital and I agree that the bowel preparation is not the most pleasant thing to take. It was really heartening to read that you didn't feel anxious at all when you came in to the unit and it will be a big deal for our staff to know that they were able to make your experience better for you.

I hope that you are back to normal after your procedure and thanks again for taking the time to post.
