"50 years of excellent care"

Having read in the Whitchurch Herald last week re the Dodington Surgery I would like to comment on my experiences at your surgery.

I have been a patient for nearly 50 years. During that time I have received EXCELLENT care. Doctors past & present have been caring always delivering a first class service. My medical needs have been challenging ranging from cancer to eye infections! These have been treated swiftly and efficiently.

The nurses I have the utmost respect for, always approachable and again, efficient. All care delivered with a sense of humour too which can very reassuring.

Lastly, but by no means least, the office staff. My first point of contact. These girls deserve a medal. They are always courteous, go out of their was to make me an appointment. I have always got a same day appointment. Not many practice's can claim that! !

Thank you to you all so very much for looking after me so very well. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
