Took my 89 year old mum to xray today 5/6/16 and for a change was met by a happy and helpful member of staff at reception, and when mum had the xray the radiographer was kind helpful and showed mum respect. The radiographer is a credit to their profession and the nhs, I just wish there were more like this in the nhs 10/10.
