"Very poor service"

Where to begin... This service and hospital should not be used under any circumstances. I have made complaints about the service and the conduct of two members of staff who broke serval of the trusts own policies also broke my rights under the Human Rights Act and the Data Protection Act. The investagations that took place contained so many lies which ether trust had come up with or the persons being interviewed lied. The trust did not take appropriate action against the staff on ether. I received a three sentence apology from one of them to make up the slander, damage and distress that one of them had caused for years. Also, they were months late responding to a Subject Access Request. Avoid this service.
