About: Lincoln County Hospital

My NHS hearing aid stopped working last Sunday so I contacted the ENT Dept. 6 by phone yesterday (Monday) and was given an appointment this morning (Tuesday) at 9.30.

I was seen by a member of staff who was pleasant, courteous and efficient.

The defective aid was immediately replaced and my queries satisfactorily resolved.

I can't fault the service I received - sorted within 24 hours!
