"Answer your phones!"

This is ridiculous. I have been spending the last hour ringing any number I have been given by the midwife at my first appointment. No one answers the phones! What type of service are you running here? I cannot believe the maternity service is so poor!

I would like to speak to one of the senior managers at the Royal London or maternity service, so far - and I'm only 14 weeks pregnant - what you offered me in terms of care is of the lowest standards.
