"Superb Service"

About: The Royal London Hospital

I attended the A&E Dept of the Royal London on Friday 1st July because I had experienced memory loss while visiting the Tower of London and, understandably, my wife was concerned that I may have had a minor stroke. We were seen promptly by a doctor who gave me a preliminary examination then by a very helpful nurse who checked my vital signs. The medical team also arranged a CT scan. I was then examined by a Dr who said that my condition was "Transient Global Amnesia".The staff, especially Dr were very professional, caring, informative and reassuring and I don't consider that I could have received better care anywhere. The staff are a credit to their profession, and my wife and I feel very grateful to have been attended to by them.

Hello,

We are really pleased to hear that you received such good care when you came to the A&E earlier this month. I have passed on your lovely feedback to the team.

Take care.
