The secretary sorted things out for us in 10 minutes this morning..... results sent immediately to GP. We had been attempting to get a follow up since January this year following 'urgent' nuclear scans undertaken at Grimsby hospital in November. Many thanks to the secretary for their speed and efficiency expediting this matter.
