"Unwarrented dictating"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

I was extremely upset in the manner I was spoken to and assumptions made, it is all very well to dictate to a patient on something you are qualified in but you do not suffer from diabetes and clearly unaware of its mental impact on some diabetic patients.

I am very apprehensive whether I should continue to have you as my assigned diabetic specialist nurse, I have very little faith in the provision of services provided by the Worcester Diabetes team. It will take me some convincing to trust the team

Thank you for feeding back to us. I am sorry to read of your experiences. Can I please ask you to contact our Patient Services Department on 0300 123 1732 or email wah-tr.PET@nhs.net at your convenience so that I may obtain more information? PALS provide a friendly listening ear and it may help to talk to someone directly at the hospital. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Kind Regards
