"Trying to get to someone who was brought in via..."

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

Trying to get hold of a friend who was brought in via ambulance today is a joke! She had no phone no money and with her 5 year old daughter so I wanted to find out what was happening so that I could arrange for them to get home, however after ringing 3 times and having to go through 4 different receptions and having the phone put down on me and having a snotty receptionist tell me that she had strutted of to get her daughter a drink I am still no closer to finding them ! Sorry that it gone 8 at night but I thought hospitals were 24hour, sorry she had to get her daughter a drink and sorry she had no phone or money as she had just fallen 15feet into water with her daughter ! I know your all busy but I wasn't asking you to run round the hospital finding her just to let me know where she was and to pass on my number !
