In May 2016 I had a Stem Cell Transplant on Bracken Ward.

I had excellent care in every way.

The nurses and doctors and all staff including catering and cleaning were so kind and friendly and made my stay so much easier because of that.

My medical care was exceptional and my transplant was a complete success.

Firstly, I was delighted to hear your stem cell transplant was a success for you. I’d also like to say thank you for taking the time to share your recent experiences of the care you received from the team on Bracken Ward. As we make every effort to provide the highest standard of care and treatment at all times, it was lovely to read your positive comments on the wonderful care you received and the praise you have given.

I will ensure a copy of your post is shared with the team, to include our housekeepers who are employed under SERCO. Comments of support and thanks are so important to our staff and I know they will be very grateful to read your positive comments.
