"Three day stay and scarred for life"

I suffer from depression and after a breakdown voluntarily went to Goodmayes on a Friday night. I was discharged on Monday after a two night stay what I witnessed from staff was an incredibly rude, dismissive and lack of compassion towards myself and patients. Some patients who were so seriously and upsettiny ill were treated appallingly. Sometimes all that was needed was a member of staff to sit down and spend five minutes to talk to a patient and attempt to make them more at ease and this was never the case. People were begging for a few minutes of attention but were ignored.

I wish every patient I met in there all the very best but I'm far far from impressed with the majority of the staff.

I will personally be mentally scarred for life from what I witnessed in July 2016
