"All the staff are lovely and I was made to feel..."

The staff and the actual clinic I could not find a fault with.The only problem that I feel really needs to be adressed is because the clinic is within a health centre,I had to wait in the same waiting area as the patients for the gp practice and people that were attending various clinics...there were lots of people with babies there and heavily pregnant women. This is not a good place for someone to wait half an hour when they are waiting to have an abortion! Surely a separate waiting area could be provided so the women that are waiting for abortions are not surrounded by heavily pregnant women and small crying babies...

We have not been able to respond to these comments until recently so forgive the delay. I want to address this one especially to explain that our Early Medical Units are in host buildings in which we have no control. We started these small units to reach out to women who may otherwise not be able to attend one of our bigger centres.

These units have been very successful, however as with all ventures we are aware of some of the problems.

We are striving to make improvements and have done so since this was posted.

I apologise to anyone who has not been happy with this service but we are using your feedback to help show us where we need to improve even more so thank you and best wishes from MSI
