Hello all.
I cannot believe there hasn't been (Positive) feedback on this subject, I have recently been to A&E and also about eighteen months ago with the same problem.
The hospital operates a system which is probably the same in all A&E departments, where the most serious patients are dealt with first.
My details were taken and assessed by very well trained staff and i was treated accordingly and in a very caring way, the people of Hartlepool and the surrounding area it serves do not realize what a service they have, and wont 'until they have to travel to Stockton or Middlesbrough to receive this service.
Keep up the good work Hartlepool A&E
