A joke from start to finish. they send out appointments and change them two ar three times which makes it hard to plan ahead. I have taken kids in for bloods and they call us after a few weeks asking why we haven't had the bloods taken. i would go in for test results and nobody has a clue what has happened to the results.
the worst is that no staff seems to care!
most of the paediatric staff are students and never can make sense of what they are trying to explain. different students different explanations.its all a guessing game.
its all going downhill. i really feel for the future generations. if i had the money i would go private.
