"Amazing nurses at alder hey hospital"

my daughter is under the urology nurses at Alder Hey Hospital wonderful staff. They work well with my child they listen and support and empower my child to make choices with her bladder condition. They have also helped me as a parent to help my child with her condition. By given me ideas to help my child take control with her medication and management of her condition.

The relationship of staff, child, and parent is not controlling its is of mutual respect and support. We were trying to set up joined care at the hospital from nurses, GP, school, nurse at other hospital for another condition, my child myself as a parent unfortunately it did not work out but their nurses tried to set this up for the benefit of my child.

I find my child was at the heart of care at alder hey a person centred approach which I agree on and these nurse work by. By putting my child at the middle of her healthcare and the professionals around her and her parent as an advocate to make sure the best outcome of care treatment for my child. Alder hey hospital comes top to this the urology nurses I give them thumbs up but also her asthma nurse as well amazing nurses. They show my child compassion, care, and kindness and me to as a parent they want the best for my child and as her mother me to they listen and want to support both of us. So I would like to thank Alder Hey Staff but most of all to the urology nurses thank you for your support to my child and the help she receives.
