About: Calderdale Royal Hospital

(as the patient),

I visited my G. P Surgery (Dalton in Huddersfield) recently, this was a follow up appointment, due to a recent visit a month earlier for upper leg pain in the left side.

My G. P had suggested that due to the increasing pain I was experiencing it would be wise to explore the area of my lower back to help identify the possible reason for this pain and requested a MRI scan, in which I agreed.

I had informed my G. P of the dates I was going to be away over the summer period and a note was made of these. 3 hours later in the same day I was at work and I received a telephone call from the MRI scan unit Calderdale Royal offering me an appointment for that evening @ 19. 30hrs.

WHAT FAB SERVICE THIS WAS FROM BOTH THE SURGERY AND THE MRI UNIT! ! ! !
