"First class treatment"

After my son sustained an injury to his left little finger whilst in a swimming pool at the campsite we were visiting we attended Derby Hospital for accident and emergency assistance. The treatment we received was absolutely first class from a very quick triage system to being seen by the consultant and having an x-ray. The department was clean, highly organised and there was nothing I could fault about our experience at your Accident and Emergency Department (Children's). The staff were friendly and explained the whole procedure to my son putting him at ease as this was his first visit ever to a hospital and was undoubtedly anxious.
