What I liked

The great care that my Father received in his final days. The staff were all completely honest with us and treated us with the upmost respect.

What could be improved

Nothing as far as I could tell

Anything else?

My Father passed away in Feb 2010 after only 5 days in the Manor and in that time, we were so pleased with the way he and us were treated by all of the staff. The emotional support that they provided us with was second to none and they also, without a doubt, genuinely cared about what happened with my Dad.

Thank you to all the team on Ward 16 (Jay Ward)!!
