Excellent staff ....clean waiting room polite staff always smiling and welcoming .....

Long waiting time for biopsy once forms filled in my opinion ...

As you can not sit too ong in the waiting room as it stinks of urine impossible to sit in the waiting room when you have people smelling of faeces and urine and having to wait for biopsy for over 1 hour ....

No air from the windows as they are not open enough ..I understand this is not the hospital problem but it's disgusting that we have people who are so dirty don't look after thierself or carer's don't clean ....

Hello, first of I must apologise for the delay in replying - there has been a problem with the site notifying us when someone posts a review, which we have just become aware of.

I am pleased that our staff were friendly and helpful, thank you for that feedback, they will appreciate it.

However I am concerned about your comments about the conditions in the waiting room, especially if this may have happened on more than one occassion. It would be useful if you could let us know if this was on one day or a more common problem, so we can investigate it properly and see what can be done to put it right. However I will be making staff aware of your comments in the meantime, and ask them to look into this.
