"more communication with patient ..."

About: Selly Oak Hospital (Acute)

(as a relative),

What could be improved

more communication with patient and telling them what can happen after thier treatment there is no mention of it on this web page my wife had a very bad expience after a visit to the eye clinic and was hospitalised and now is suffering from a bad expirience.

Anything else?

having been told there was no change in your eye problem and we will see you in 6 months and then taken to the main hospital the next

day unable to see because of pain in her head and being sick this is still on going and another visit to the same hospital is necessary
