"A fantastic, hard working team"

My Uncle was rushed up to derriford a few weeks ago with a split aorta along with a heap of other cardiac problems. From the moment the ambulance arrived at there house the level of care was second to none. While the staff at Derriford were fighting to save my uncle they were also so very caring and compassionate in the way they looked after my aunty. Unfortunately despite the fantastic level of care offered to him after a few days my uncle passed away. Every member of staff that we came across was amazing. I wish that I could recall the nurses individual names in order to thank them personally. To be as busy as they are but to still take such time with us, nothing was to much trouble. Lots of hugs and lots of tea. They are angels!

The last few days that my Aunty had with her loving husband were made as dignified and personal as was humanly possible all due to the amazing staff at Derriford hospital. Thank you so much.
