I had a subarachnoid heamorrage in May 2015, I was under two consultants and their team did my coiling, the staff on N2 were fine, the staff on critical care were fantastic. Told I would have a follow up appointment 8 weeks later and I did, at this point the consultant told me I would have an MRI in November and they would see me in January though that could be more like February, scan November saw the consultant
February as they said. At this point we discussed a further aneurysm which we agreed if it could be treated then that is what would happen. Now here we are in July 2 days out of hospital after having elective coiling again by the consultant and their fantastic team of anaesthetists etc. again N2 were fine and again critical care amazing. The ward was well staffed extremely clean, my only issue is the noise but that can't be helped. A great big thank you from me to the whole of the neurosurgery team and especially the consultant and their team for giving me a new lease of life x
