"Day surgery could not be faulted"

From the moment I arrived until going home I was treated exceptionally well. Every member of staff was welcoming, understanding, reassuring, friendly and kind. I can only think they must all have had good customer service training. They made my operation as stress free as they could and I feel very lucky to have been treated there. They should be very proud of the work they do.

Thank you for you kind comments - you may not be aware but CircleBath is a partnership, along the lines of John Lewis, so every member of staff feels very involved in the patient's care, even if they are not clinical.
