I attended Mount Stuart Hospital for a routine hernia repair operation as an NHS referral under the choose and book system.

From the initial booking and assessment to the operation and follow up I received excellent care, guidance, treatment and service.

The surgery was been carried out with skill and care and I was well looked after following the op'.

Administration was clear and efficient and all staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything concerning timing, options and choices for procedures were explained clearly and with sensitivity to my needs and circumstances.

The hospital environment is clean and pleasant.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this system and hospital to others and hope that the NHS continue to use and to contract the choose and book system and this hospital for the benefit of NHS patients.
