On Friday evening I had a nosebleed that wouldn't stop, and went to A&E. Even though it was busy I was triaged in 10 minutes, and in the ENT department very shortly after that.
The consultant I saw was great. I was a little unnerved at rather a lot of blood, and they had me relaxed and laughing in a couple of minutes. They talked me through what was going on and treated me there and then. I was in and out in an hour, going in worried and bleeding and coming out laughing and better! Truly top notch care, thank you.
