"urology appointments"

Recieved a pre op at durham on mon 27th june only to be told my date of operation was two days later on the 29th after phoning urology appointments they confirmed this and was told a letter had been sent on the 18th which i had not recieved after my op i was told i had to go back in on mon 4th july for stent removal but again no letter has come.i cannot fault the doctors and nurses on this department aswell as day surgery staff they did a great job only to be let down in somebody sorting my appointments out.
