"On behalf of my Father-in-Law"

During a recent visit to the area my 95 year old father-in-law suffered a small heart attack. For what was a very stressful time for all of us, the level of care and attention was wonderfully complemented by the courtesy and friendliness of all the staff.

As the inevitable hospital stay stopped an arranged skin cancer op. down south the hospital sorted an appointment and carried out the necessary operation through the MaxFac department. This department also agreed to check at a recent date and were advised of another small cancer which was similarly dealt with.

At a time when the NHS comes in for so much criticism we would like to thank all involved.
