We could not praise the maternity unit any more. They were fantastic from the minute we stepped on the triage ward to the ward we stayed in after we had given birth. We would especially like to thank one of the midwives in particular who stayed with us for their whole shift and delivered our baby. They were amazing and a credit to the nhs.
